Marketing Manager

Region: North America

Description:

The field marketing position is a diverse, fast-paced role. Our highly collaborative environment offers individuals the ability to work across all levels of the organization.  This position provides a great opportunity for a marketing and demand generation professional who thrives on generating results and working hands on with digital campaign creation and content development.

The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with both the regional sales team and the management team to develop, plan, execute and measure integrated lead generation campaigns that drive qualified sales opportunities for the region. The Field Marketing Manager plays an active role for the regional sales team, ensuring global marketing campaigns are engaging appropriate prospects, and funneling sales feedback back into local marketing campaigns.

Besides the Field Marketing tasks for North America this role also includes working closely with the management team developing and executing global demand generation campaigns and content, and sharing best practice between different regions.

The candidate must have previous experience from digital marketing, marketing automation, demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B environment, preferably from a SaaS/cloud/software company. The person should be creative, analytical and hands-on with a strong bias to action, a sales drive and have the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, loosely structured, highly dynamic environment. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, a track record of performance excellence exceeding objectives and a demonstrated business acumen.

The preferred location is our Atlanta office but other locations could be discussed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and execute digital, integrated high impact, demand generation campaigns across the sales cycle to generate new inquiries that lead to high quality opportunities
  • Plan, develop and deploy marketing content as web content, landing pages, emails, webinars, white papers, infographics, direct mail, etc
  • Help identify and manage regional initiatives like events and partnerships to help strengthen the brand and support regional quota objectives
  • Engage with sales to define and train on their campaign responsibilities
  • Create and manage campaign timelines; monitor results and optimize, drive campaign execution and success
  • Use Hubspot and our CRM to manage a regional marketing dashboard that tracks effectiveness and impact of marketing spend on leads and pipeline for the region
  • Provide input on field requirements for integration into corporate-run marketing campaigns and ensure feedback from sales leadership to the management
  • Work with the inside sales to maximize the result of campaigns
  • Work with Management to develop and execute global campaigns and content

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or
  • Minimum 4 years’ professional experience in marketing B2B software solutions, SaaS marketing experience preferred
  • Experience of creating and running successful integrated digital demand generation campaigns including email, web, social media and search channels – global marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong project management skills, accustomed to working to a budget and within strict timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align to sales objectives
  • Self-starter with demonstrated capability to generate results, exceed targets and to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Automation (experience from WordPress, Google Analytics and Adwords/ SEO and Hubspot is a plus)

Senior Magento Architect

Region: UK/Ireland or Scandinavia

Description:

We are looking for a full time experienced architect/developer with Magento experience that has a strong foundation in PHP and MYSQL on a Linux platform. This person will have experience working with an application from the operating system through coding from backend to frontend. Someone with strong business application experience as well as marketing development who can solve real business problems and transform user experience through technology and development.

Key responsibilities:

    • Utilize understanding of Magento’s code structure and extension architecture to develop sound technical strategies.
    • Review, develop and implement innovative features and functionality for tools and modules based on client need.
    • Optimize and troubleshoot application code as well as web server configurations.
    • Ensure seamless migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2 as well as integration with enterprise systems or third-party APIs (Google, Stripe, etc.).
    • Work with highly loaded Magento modules, complex architecture and business logic.
    • Review commits for quality, security, scalability, and stability before they are committed to the live site.

Qualifications:

  • Magento certification and experience with Magento 2.0 required
  • English proficiency required
  • Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, MySQL required
  • Experience with agile methodologies and Git-based source control preferred
  • Experience interfacing with clients is a plus

Technology Delivery Manager

LeanSwift Inc. is seeking a technology delivery manager to oversee the day to day development of ecommerce sites and internet applications.

This position reports to the Director of Ecommerce Consulting.

Job Description:

  • Lead client ecommerce projects from kickoff calls through design, implementation, testing and launching of new Ecommerce websites
  • Serves as Technical Product Manager and Senior Consultant for client projects
  • Drives successful definition and delivery of products, applications, and implementations
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and other team members to deliver initiatives that have a meaningful impact on internal projects and client engagements
  • Ensures development aligns with the overall company or client strategy
  • Develops and executes product releases, and engages with team members to roll out software improvements and rapidly resolve issues.
  • Guides clients and internal teams on scope creep and change management
  • Owns the product delivery and release process and lifecycle from concept through beta, release, and maintenance
  • Creates user stories, epics, wireframes, acceptance criteria and run the agile product development product process
  • Engages with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand the primary use-cases for driving the adoption and vision of the assigned product/implementation
  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert in the B2B and B2C Digital Commerce domain to facilitate workshops and create high quality user stories

Requirements:

Magento Development Specialist
